Pellet Boiler Stoves – MCS Accredited ‘All-in-One’ Heating Systems

Wood pellet boiler stoves provide a cost-effective sustainable heat source suited to a surprisingly wide range of domestic and commercial applications. These include bungalows, small houses, function rooms, staff offices, etc.

Pellet Boiler Stoves are free-standing, multi-room heating appliances which not only heat the room in which the stove is situated, but also provide hot water from a small, integral boiler to heat domestic hot water and/or radiators or similar water based, room heaters. As with any boiler system, they require a mains electrical supply, a flue system and heating pipework.

Fuel is simply poured (from small, ready-made 10kg pellet bags) into the stove’s integral fuel hopper via opening lid. They can operate for up to 1 or 2 days between fills (low setting), and operation is fully automatic, courtesy of a digital programmer and room temperature sensor.

Pellet Boiler Stoves can attract RHI* funding as they contain a water based heating provision, though this currently requires the fitting of a heat meter on the water circulation system and is only available for non-domestic use. They offer a compact, competitively priced solution to ‘wet’ heating system provision, though frequency of fill on high setting must be taken into account.
