	James Haigh, Managing Director Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) Registered CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant specialising in the promotion and design of “low carbon” technologies applied to the construction industry (residential, commercial and industrial). Incorporated Engineer (IEng), Engineering Council. Over 30 years’ experience within the UK HVAC industry within project design, project management, technical sales and marketing. Founder Director of LEDA, a multi-disciplinary design consultancy established 1997, specialising in Sustainable Building and Building Services Design. The UK’s first and smallest practice to win the ’Queens Award for Business Enterprise’ in the category ”Sustainable Development” Gained a Certificate of Swedish Language from Leeds University (2008).

	Bengt-Erik Löfgren – Technical Advisor/Trainer (Biomass Combustion) Bengt-Erik Löfgren first started working within the field of biomass combustion in Sweden in the 1970’s. In 1984, realising that there was a growing need for an increase in technical understanding within the heating industry, he formed the consultancy company, ÄFAB, and began helping to raise awareness, particularly about wood combustion. 31 years later, ÄFAB has become one of the country’s foremost, independent biomass advisory and combustion test facilities and a highly regarded source of expert knowledge. Bengt-Erik is often asked to attend International Conferences to speak on the subject of Biomass Combustion and in recent years he has been a significant influence in the creation of IRETI (International Renewable Energy & Technology Institute) to assist with the required knowledge transfer of renewable energy heating systems between Europe,Canada and the USA.
